A Farewell to Nompumelelo Mposwa(My Mpumie) events

A Farewell to Nompumelelo Mposwa(My Mpumie)

As a school community, we come together with heavy hearts yet deep gratitude as we reflect on the time we shared with Nompumelelo Mposwa, affectionately known to us as Mpumie. Her presence among us was a gift—one that left an indelible mark on our school, our learners, and every colleague who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mpumie was more than just a member of our staff; she was a pillar of warmth, dedication, and compassion. She carried herself with humility and kindness, always willing to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement, or share a smile that could brighten even the most difficult day. Her commitment to the school and her genuine care for those around her set her apart as someone truly special.

Throughout her time with us, Mpumie demonstrated what it means to serve with excellence and heart. She approached her responsibilities with passion and integrity, and her love for the school community was evident in everything she did. Learners felt safe and supported in her presence, while colleagues found in her a reliable friend and a source of strength.

Though her journey with us has come to an end, the impact she made will remain with us forever. The lessons she taught—through her actions, her kindness, and her unwavering dedication—will continue to inspire us long after her passing.

As we say farewell, we do so with profound appreciation for the time we were blessed to share with Nompumelelo Mposwa, our Mpumie. She will always be remembered as one of the very best among us, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of our school family.

May her soul rest in peace, and may her loved ones find comfort in knowing how deeply she was cherished.

Hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate the outstanding achievements within our school community. These accomplishments are a reflection of consistent effort, commitment to growth, and the determination to strive for excellence in all that we do.

Each success represents not only individual talent, but also the support, guidance, and encouragement shared among learners, educators, and staff. Together, we continue to build a culture that values discipline, resilience, and a passion for learning.

As we recognise these achievements, we are reminded that excellence is not a destination but a journey—one that inspires others to aim higher, work harder, and believe in their potential. We congratulate all those who have excelled and encourage everyone to continue pursuing greatness with confidence and pride.

Heritage Day events

Heritage Day

We celebrated Heritage Day on the 27th of September 2025, during which our beautiful learners proudly showcased the rich cultural diversity that makes our school community so special. The day was filled with colour, tradition, and unity as learners arrived dressed in traditional attire representing various cultures and backgrounds.

The celebration provided an opportunity for learners to express pride in their heritage while learning to appreciate and respect the cultures of others. Traditional music, dance, and storytelling brought the event to life, creating an atmosphere of joy and togetherness throughout the school.

Heritage Day reminded us of the importance of preserving our cultural values and embracing diversity as a source of strength. It was a meaningful and memorable celebration that reinforced unity, respect, and pride in who we are as a nation.
